Jason's scan

This is the machine I went in
I had a MRI scan on Wednesday 20th of March. I had a MRI scan because i've been having
seizures. It took about 90 minutes and I had to be still for the whole time, I had earplugs, it was noisy.I'm still having them.

MRI is short for Magnetic Resonance Imaging. It is a procedure used in hospitals to scan patients and work out the severity of certain injuries. An MRI machine uses a magnetic field and radio waves to create detailed images of the body
 You are asked to remove all accessories such as jewellery, credit cards, and any metal objects.

I also had to put on a helmet.

    It is amazing what those machines can do! The information will hopefully help the doctors to know what's happening inside your head and to know the best way to help you. Kia kaha.
