On Wednesday the 29th the zones cross country people went to jellie park. There were about 60 people in each race there were 14 schools in the event, it was quite popular.The track was 2km and it was very zigzaggy. Lorenzo came 1st in the year 5 boys and the other boys did well as well. In the year 6 boys event Luke Z came 2nd and Oakley M came 3rd. At the end of the races everyone was very puffed and were proud of themselves. No one from the year 5 or 6 girls got into centrals but they did very well.The hardest part was when we had to go up a steep hill.
Lorenzo, Luke Z and Oakley have to go to centrals on the 19th of June.
It was a great experience!!!
